During its 6 months of experience, Ta7rir was dedicated to understanding the needs of creatives in Morocco. We have been working on identifying the potential of creativity and its link with both technology and social entrepreneurship in order to solve social and economic challenges.
We have been testing specifically on issues related to gender and lack of trust.
In Ta7rir we never work alone. We built a community of over 40 partners including 10 creative spaces, and a selection of over 300 most skilled artists (160 of which are women). +200 opportunities for creatives (grants, call for residencies, etc…) shared from over 10 countries around the world. And over 10000 followers on social media (55% of which are women).
In Ta7rir we insist on promoting local talent, making sense out of what we do, above all, designing scalable projects, with tangible products, real social impact, and valid business models. Our core value is to work on a top priority challenge, understand it, then give birth to real models to be developed within bigger programs in the next milestone.
